Biography

I am a partner and managing attorney at Inter Vivos, PLLC, one of the largest estate planning law firms in the world, with attorneys licensed in all 50 states and in several other countries. My background has been in asset protection and tax planning strategies for business owners, but I focus on and oversee all aspects of a complete estate plan for clients across the country. I also own a tax strategy consulting business. I received my law degree at George Mason University and my undergraduate degree in French from Brigham Young University. I am licensed to practice law in Utah. Clients, advisers, and other professionals appreciate my responsiveness and quality of work. I speak Spanish and French in addition to my native English and can assist clients in any of those languages.

Good information, a lot of common sense. Watching as a Canadian practitioner there were many US references and no Canadian equivalents, so depending on your familiarity with corporate systems in each country, you will need to do your own research.
