Sara Madera holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Fine Arts, bringing a diverse professional background that spans the arts, communications, leadership, and coaching. Throughout her career, she has worked in theatre and events, led an arts education nonprofit, managed internal communications for a large multinational company, and provided leadership across teams, associations, hospitality, and media organizations.
An American with extensive international experience, Sara has lived in eight cities across the United States, Asia, and Mexico, including Orlando, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, New York City, Washington, D.C., Singapore, and Playa del Carmen. This global perspective informs her collaborative and culturally aware approach to leadership and coaching.
Sara is an ICC- and ICF-accredited coach and holds certifications in facilitation and strategic planning. She draws on her broad experience and training to support clients with curiosity, empathy, and a non-judgmental mindset. Her coaching focuses on understanding each client's unique challenges, partnering with them to develop practical solutions, celebrating their progress, and helping them move confidently toward their goals.
